In collaboration with Hopper Communities, we designed this 3,000-square-foot semi-custom townhome to reflect a fresh start for a newly single client. With a more masculine point of view, furnishings and finishes were selected to create a tailored, comfortable home that feels deeply personal. We transformed the formal dining room into a library and coffee nook to house our client’s extensive book collection, integrated dining into the kitchen layout, and added custom live-edge doors for a distinctive fitness room entrance.
