Set on Lake Norman, this home was refreshed and furnished to reflect the distinct styles of its new owners and support the way they live and gather. The main level took on a lighter, more feminine feel, while the lower-level leaned masculine with rich colors and tailored updates. Because they regularly host children and grandchildren, livability was key. We toned down the heavy wood cabinets and paneling with fresh paint in the kitchen, bar, and home office—preserving the original wood vaulted ceiling in the office as a beautiful focal point.
