Melissa Lee is the award-winning designer and founder of New South Home. She began her career in the fashion industry as a retail buyer, allowing her to develop the unique talent of balancing upcoming trends with classic, timeless style for discerning Southern clients.

Since founding New South Home in 2011, Melissa and her team have worked on hundreds of projects across the Southeast. The signature full-service design process that she has cultivated over the last decade is revered by clients, vendors, and peers and has been used as a model for other interior design firms.

Melissa and her team create homes that redefine Southern style, focusing on a feeling rather than a particular aesthetic. Their homes are carefully curated and intimately linked to the lifestyle and personality of the family within.
